Refund And Returns Policy

At Blazed, our priority is ensuring our customers’ satisfaction
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

• Items must be (unused/unworn) Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We gladly accept returns within 24-48 hours of delivery for amendment on the particular outfit or exchange for another outfit (N.B.; this doesn’t work for custom-made clothing). If the specified duration has passed, since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• All delivery fee in this return process is handled by the customer.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our head office at 29 Marcus Garvey St, New Haven, Enugu 400102, Enugu.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
